<p>Nearby Passes Geofence Notifications are now available for all regular pass types. Developers can set up to 10 merchant locations per class and per object. <p>Multiple access cards (Campus ID, Corporate Badge, Hotel Key, Multi Family) with the same <a href="https://developer.android.com/develop/connectivity/nfc/hce#service-selection">Application ID</a> can now be provisioned to a single Google Wallet. When multiple cards share an AID, the card most recently selected in Google Wallet takes precedence for presentation to a reader. The notification will appear on the user's lock screen and inform them that there is an update on their pass.</p>

<p><a href="https://developers.google.com/wallet/tickets/events/use-cases/value-added-opportunities">Value Added Opportunities</a> have launched and you can now update objects and classes to include value added opportunity modules. The modules will be displayed on the details page of the users pass and can link to issuer content. For gift cards, loyalty cards, and offers we also support an automatic integration with <a href="https://www.google.com/retail/">Shopping Merchant Center</a>.</p>
<h3>Feature</h3>
<p>Help your users find your website, app, or other data more quickly by using the AppLinkData with custom display text. Define the <a href="https://developers.google.com/wallet/reference/rest/v1/AppLinkData">AppLinkData</a> on your passes and the button will appear at the bottom of the front of pass view. Define it for a class, or make it personalized at the object level. </p>
<h3>Feature</h3>
<p>Finding classes in the Google Pay and Wallet Console is now easier. You can now sort your recently created classes by date created.</p>

<p>We are providing users with more control over how they receive push notifications. We've introduced a control on the back of pass view that allows users to turn off notifications for passes they no longer want to receive. </p>

Users can also unarchive previously expired or archived passes for easier reference on their home feed. Users can also archive passes from their Wear OS devices for easier management. </p>

<p>[Beta Feature] Loyalty cards saved to Wallet can now be used to highlight membership benefits while users browse your products on Google Search and Shopping. This feature is limited to the US. Please contact support if you are interested in piloting this combined Google Shopping x Google Wallet feature.  </p>

<p>Flight Passes now use DATETIME by default and show both the date and time on the front of the pass.</p>

<p>A longstanding issue that prevented the titleLabel from appearing on the back of the pass was addressed. The titleLabel field that appears on the front of the pass (aka card view) is now visible on the back of the pass.</p>

By setting the user's email address on the Pass via the API we validate that the account set on the pass object matches the Google Account of the Google Wallet user saving the pass. <a href="https://developers.google.com/wallet/tickets/events/use-cases/account-restricted-passes#get-started">File a support request</a> to gain access to the feature. </p>

<p><a href="https://developers.google.com/wallet/tickets/boarding-passes/use-cases/rich-messages">RCS Business Messaging (RBM)</a> has launched for Boarding Passes which allow developers to bring branded, interactive mobile check-in experiences, right to the native Android messaging app. You can use Google Wallet with RBM to design a seamless check-in flow. Once the check-in is complete, users can add the boarding pass to their Wallet from the Google's Messages app.</p>

<p>Events tickets with Smart Tap NFC capabilities will now prompt the user to use the contactless capabilities of the pass through a new <a href="https://developers.google.com/wallet/tickets/events">NFC Education feature</a>. Users are prompted with instructions on how to use NFC-enabled passes.</p>
