About MCM readiness statuses

Resolving onboarding blocks and expired invitations
To prevent onboarding bottlenecks, use the following action plans to resolve common blockers:
1. Expired invitations
A child publisher who receives an invitation has 90 days to accept or decline the invite, or the child publisher's status will be set to "Expired."
- Resolution: If an invitation has expired, the parent publisher can click Resend invitation at the bottom of the child publisher's detail page to restart the 90-day invitation period.
2. Failed or expired identity or address verifications
If a child publisher has a verification status of "Failed" or "Expired" for either Identity verification or Address (mail PIN) verification, onboarding is blocked.
- Resolution: Point the child publisher to these Help Center resources or partner support channels to restart the verification process. Parent publishers can also seek assistance by posting to the Google Ad Manager Help Community or using the Contact us page for direct support with verification.
