Please complete this declaration form if you intend to enroll in the Play Catalog Access program to offer Google Play Store's catalog of apps to users in the United States on eligible third-party Android app stores. Please be sure to review the market availability, eligibility, and requirements for the program before completing this form.

Please provide the link to the publicly available developer agreement on your app store, where you maintain direct contractual relationship with each developer, and have their express authorization to distribute their apps.

Please provide the link to the publicly available Privacy Policy for developers without requiring developers to pay for access. Google requires that app stores provide privacy policy information for apps in their stores. If your policy is incorporated into a larger agreement please state the exact section the policy is stated along with the URL (for example, Section 2.1).

Provide a link to your Trust & Safety Policy.

By continuing, you agree to pay the upfront, onboarding fee required for access to the Play Developer Console for Third Party App Store. To maintain access to the Play Catalog, you must pay this fee on an annual basis thereafter for continued security and policy reviews.

If you are signing the Terms of Service. on behalf of an entity or organization, then the following apply: (a) do not sign unless you are authorized by that entity or organization to do so; and (b) you represent and warrant that: (i) you have full legal authority to bind that entity or organization to the Terms of Service; (ii) you have read and understand the Terms of Service; and (iii) you agree, on behalf of that entity or organization, to the Terms of Service. *

Some account and system information will be sent to Google, and support calls and chats may be recorded. We will use this information to improve support quality and training, to help address technical issues, and to improve our products and services, subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Translation services may be used in chats and email.
